Our Mission

CrowForce, Team #10809 from Sage Creek High School in Carlsbad, California, is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of innovators through hands-on engineering and teamwork. Our mission is to build an encouraging community that empowers students to grow into leaders in STEM while striving to improve year after year in everything we do, from robot design and programming to collaboration and outreach. We envision a future where students dive fearlessly into engineering challenges, experimenting, iterating, and pushing the limits of what’s possible. This season, we also focused on inspiring future generations by introducing robotics and engineering opportunities at local schools through presentations, CAD classes, and more.

CrowForce, founded in 2015 as the Amateur Optimists, evolved into CrowForce 5 in 2016, drawing inspiration from the intelligence and adaptability of crows, nature’s ultimate innovators, and became CrowForce in 2018, a dynamic, student-run team competing in the FIRST Tech Challenge. Now celebrating our 10-year anniversary, we continue to grow while constantly striving to improve, sharing our passion for engineering and teamwork. Welcome to the flock!
