Inspiring tomorrow’s leaders by helping today’s students ignite their passion, find their voice, and unlock their potential to make a difference.

    Mission

The CEF Student Leadership Council fosters collaboration, learning, sharing, and advocacy to increase leadership development opportunities for student role models and mentors.

    Four Pillars of SLC

    Community Nonprofits

Learn about Nonprofits in the Carlsbad Community by researching, interviewing, visiting, and supporting them over the course of the school year.

    Corporations and Community Engagement

Students will engage with corporate partners and community organizations by learning about their companies and leadership.

    Leadership Development

Students will focus on understanding themselves as leaders and developing their leadership skills and mindset.

    Serving as Student Ambassadors

Students will have the opportunity to donate their time through CEF, community projects, and other volunteer opportunities throughout the school year. Students will put their Leadership Mindset learning to application in these situations and be able to reflect and share.
