Student Care FAQs
What Should I Know About Registering?
The $75 account registration fee is a one-time payment to process and set-up your account. It does not go towards your Kids Care or SOAR payment.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
It takes three business days to process registration before your student can attend Kids Care. You will receive an email notification with the start date.
What Should I Do to Cancel Care?
Can I Split the Expenses on a Single Account?
No. If you want to split the expenses of student care, each person being billed needs to set up their own account and pay the $75.00 account registration fee per student.
